I would like to have my laptop repaired by Saturn and ask if I have to pay for the repair with a current warranty.
If it is not a guarantee case, no guarantee applies.
If you are at fault then of course you have to pay.
If the repair is not your fault, it is a warranty case. If it's your own fault, you have to pay.
If it is slow and sometimes "hangs", it is not automatically broken. Maybe you should just "clean it up and optimize it". Appropriate tools are available for this.
If it has slowed down, then it is 95% own fault through overloading with software. I think you have an unnecessary anti virus system and your auto start is full of junk.
You should experience a significant relief when you uninstall the anti-virus program and activate Windows Defender, and you should also do everything in the TaskManager under Autostart that you do not always need when you start the PC.
There's a possibility that the laptop simply overheats, but this should never happen within the guarantee, which could only occur after a few years due to dust
Could you give me some examples? I don't want to overload the laptop with tens of programs and test them. (Are they free?)
And what would speak for or against own debt? Are they then e.g. Check out the activity history or something and then find that it is so slow because I have installed program xy or something or how does it work?

Software problems are not covered by the guarantee, back up data, reinstall Windows, YouTube has a few 1000 videos.
The Windows on-board tools are "data carrier cleanup" and "defragmentation". External software is e.g. CCleaner
Thank you.
