I'm 12 and my mother always wants me to go to bed fairly early even though she knows that I'm still on my cell phone or laptop anyway because I'm not tired. Say when you go to sleep and what would be a normal time for my age.
I mean now only when school is. During the holidays and weekends, I stay up as long as I want anyway.
When do you start school, how long do you need to get ready and how long do you need to get there?
6:45 I have to get up
I always go to bed around 8:00 p.m. / 9:00 p.m. First, I needed my sleep and second, 12 is not an age where you don't go to sleep until 11 p.m. Or similar.
In the evening without a cell phone, laptop, TV. I was allowed to read another book and that's it.
20:30 is the end for us at that age. Cell phones have no place in the room from time to time. We have a shelf with a charging station in the hallway, where all cell phones stay during the night. This avoids disturbances of the night's sleep, and also such problems that cell phones lie in bed with the charging cable and overheat.
I once looked after children. At 10 p.m., school was over. Exceptions were when films weren't over or something. During the holiday season, it didn't matter when they went to sleep. Sometimes 0:00 or later.
I'm 11 I always go to bed quite late and my parents don't care but your parents always want the best for you so I would listen to them.
So I always went to bed so that I had about 7.5 - 8.5 hours of sleep. Some get by less, but my brother even needs almost 9. You can just try out how much sleep you need for yourself. You can do this during the summer holidays by simply going to bed whenever you are tired and getting up when you wake up. You can also find more detailed instructions on the Internet. It is important that you no longer use a cell phone about 2 hours before falling asleep. Average sleep length varies from age to age (you can see on Google how much sleep a 12 year old needs)
I do too. I don't have to sleep, I just have to be in bed. If I sleep then it doesn't itch either.
