I fell asleep in front of the laptop yesterday at around 10 or 11 p.m. Then suddenly I woke up somewhere between 4 a.m. And 5 a.m. And could not calm down again. The times are only estimated.
I thought earlier (it was still dark) that it was still evening and then drank alcohol at the end of the day. When I saw that it was getting light and looked at the clock, I noticed that it was already morning and then I only estimated the times (from above).
Should I lie down again and sleep a little or try to stay awake as long as possible? I only have to work again on Saturday.
