I have the following problem, I bought Sims4 as a cd a while ago, and a while after I installed sims, I reset my laptop.
Now I don't know how to get sims back, I forgot my Ea username and email address. I also can't find the verification code that came with the game.
Is there any way I could get my EA account, or can I still somehow access the deleted data from my laptop?
You still have to know your email address
If you've forgotten your password, username AND email address, as far as I know there's no way to create a new password or find out your username. But ask times at EA support, or on Reddit
Getting into the account without logging in will be difficult
The deleted files are gone forever and in my experience the game too.
