Samsung Hard Drive with defective read head. What to do?

Hi

I have removed the hard drives from my old PC and wanted to secure the content via a Sitecom adapter on the laptop. One worked smoothly, the other made repeated and incessant clicks. After a short search, I found out that probably the "Head", so the reading head, is defective.

Question: Who can replace this reading head and how expensive is such a procedure? Can a PC shop do this? And how do I know that the good gentleman does not ransack my data? Has anyone made a good tip or similar experience?

You can't usually exchange something like that. The whole electronics would have to be set up again. You can have the data read by data recovery companies. But can be very expensive.
