144hz on msi optix g24 set?

Do I have to adjust it on a PC or is it synonymous differently and I have already tried to adjust it on a laptop, but it is only 60hz put to the choice. It is because it is broken or at the weak hardware (Intel Celeron N2920 with itegrated graphics and two gb ram) of the laptop?
