I'm looking for a small laptop (should be thin) because I need one for work or homeschooling.
He should:
Be small, have a good microphone and a good camera, should be black if possible, all kinds of programs should be able to run on it (also wants to play parmal minecraft with it.)
Doesn't want to spend more than 500 euro on it.

Look for "refurbished". My son bought a Lenovo with a docking station from a supplier of "refurbished" laptops: 360 EUR and warranty. Then something broke and the device was replaced - free of charge. Perfect!
