There's also a free version of Windows 10. It is provided by Microsoft because Windows 7 is no longer receiving updates. But then you don't have any programs like Word, Powerpoint etc.

For a time it was possible to upgrade for free. I can't say whether that is still possible or whether you have to purchase a license in the meantime.
Such a license can then cost between 5 and 259 euro - depending on where you buy it

Then unfortunately you have to buy it. My father once bought a license on ebay very cheaply. I think you have to pay 100 euro a year or unfortunately 365 euro once. Really expensive if you don't buy a PC with a license.
If you click on Download Tool, you can install Windows 10 on your current PC or create an ISO file for another PC. This is not a fake. However, it says at the bottom right Windows is not activated and you can't change the lock screen or desktop background. Office is of course not included, because this is a separate subscription from Microsoft.

Then you have two options:
1.Win10 reinstallation and activate by entering the Win7 product key,
or
2. Perform a Win10 upgrade

When you open the download, you get to the Win10 ISO download preparations.
With the help of a selection menu you can transfer the Win10 ISO directly (bootable) to a USB stick, or download it to the PC to create an installation DVD.
