My father tested positive for Covid-19 and now we have to be in quarantine. I'm in training and left my laptop at the company. My employer said that I can get it in the afternoon when there's no longer anyone in the company.

No, not really. Can't nobody from your company bring your laptop home, park it in front of the door and briefly ring the doorbell so that you can bring it in? That would be the most sensible way. Because you are actually not allowed to leave the apartment.
