Can I go outside despite the quarantine?

My father tested positive for Covid-19 and now we have to be in quarantine. I'm in training and left my laptop at the company. My employer said that I can get it in the afternoon when there's no longer anyone in the company.

Up until now I haven't felt any symptoms or anything like that myself. Can I legally go and get it now (in Switzerland)

No, not really. Can't nobody from your company bring your laptop home, park it in front of the door and briefly ring the doorbell so that you can bring it in? That would be the most sensible way. Because you are actually not allowed to leave the apartment.

Pa

From a legal point of view, it is not allowed (I'm also Swiss). My personal opinion is: if you are healthy and 100% certain that you do not meet anyone, not even on the way there (i.e. In the car alone, drive to the company, fetch your laptop, drive home again), you can answer for it. But it remains forbidden.

No, you mustn't.
An ordered quarantine means that you unfortunately have to stay at home.

Even if you only go to the company when nobody is there, it doesn't really work that way.
(you can't be 100% sure that you won't meet anyone like that)

if it is so important to your employer that you continue to work during the quarantine, then someone will have to bring your laptop home.
the one should sound, put it in front of the door, and you take it when the person is no longer standing in front of it.

That may be annoying, but unfortunately it is.

"100% security" and that's why it fails.
You can't possibly say that, if necessary, someone else has to get his laptop and then you come across it.

Pa

That's exactly what I'm afraid of

Quarantine means that you are not allowed to leave your apartment or your property in the dead of a house. So legally you are not allowed to. We were told that very clearly on the phone when we were quarantined.

Seen quite logically. If you have a car and can pick up your Lepton contactless, that's no problem. But you shouldn't do this by train, as the mouthguard does not protect 100%. It only reduces the risk of infection.

And as for the symptoms. I also had zero symptoms and tested positive. You are still contagious and if you live together it is a miracle if you do not have it or get it.

The best thing to do is to ask a friend if he'll pick up your laptop and steal it in front of your door.

The employer also has a duty of care towards his employee. What he is asking is against the regulation. He is also liable to prosecution.
He can't lift the quarantine at will.

He can't lift the quarantine at will.

And you are making yourself liable to prosecution if you go outside.
