I've recently bought a new laptop, but sometime when I play some game, the laptop freezes completely. Cpu utilization was normal.
Maybe it's the graphics card of the laptop
Or an incompatibility between the "program" and the drivers. Unfortunately that often happens
I have a 1060 geforce, but that's probably not important. What could I do without having to give the laptop back? Has hanged on The Crew 2, League of Legends and Minecraft o.o

I would exchange it / take warranty.
Best: Give it back, with notebooks to gamble you really only trouble. For the money you get a high end PC. So if you have the opportunity, I would give it back very clearly
Perhaps you are trying to reset the PC / laptop
So reinstall Windows and if it still is then something is not right with the drivers or even the laptop.
This is difficult to explain, but normally it should be better after the new one
