I want to reset my laptop and now I wanted to ask what will then be deleted (Windows Store, Office, etc.)

Everything that is on it is deleted and is then back to how you bought it on day one. In principle, it is reset to operating settings. It can do exactly what it did when you started it for the first time.

Everything will be completely deleted, but of course you can, for example, log in to the store again to keep your purchased games or applications.
