Is this CPU for a laptop or a fixed pc?

Hello, I found a cpu (see in the link) and wanted to ask if it is for a laptop or a fixed pc. I have an Acer aspire A515-52k

Intel pentium gold

Intel hd graphics 610

Would the CPU from the link fit in my laptop without my laptop getting too hot?

As I could see from the data sheet, the above is Processor around a desktop processor -> Not intended for laptops.
