Printer prints yellow?

If I copy something and then it prints normally

But when I print something from the laptop and set it to black and white, it only prints yellow, even though the black and white cartridge is brand new

Does anyone know why that is?

Set the printer to print in color and see what comes out.

By the way, I always print in color, even if I only want to print black and white. This means that the colored cartridges are used a little. This means that the nozzles are hardly clogged anymore.
