Is the laptop shut down?
Today I accidentally closed my laptop out of fright and when I turned it on again the picture came (was watching Netflix) but I can't do anything now but enter the PIN (only consists of numbers) so I can use the mouse move but don't click on anything and don't shut down either because I'm in full screen mode. Does anyone have a solution? Nothing is on the Internet only when the screen is then black.
The laptop is an Asus with Windows.
