I have recently bought GTA and now notice when playing that I get extreme burglaries with still images (especially when driving)
I have already changed the settings. Play between 60 and 80 FPS and then it will sometimes drop to 5 FPS
Drivers are up to date
Computer (LAPTOP) is set to Performance
The prority of GTA is high
reinstalled several times
"clean start" of Windows only last month

How warm is your hardware?
and how full is the disk?
I do not have any pograms in the background (Gta only) (+ Windows processes)
My hard drive is almost empty

Virus program runs a ned? Or something to fan / graphics card / CPU control or "overclock" (mim HQ does not anyway)
where are your fans? Try to put the laptop on an elevated level so that the fans can blow out cleverly below.
Otherwise you could turn off pagefiles.
