I wanted to try today if I can connect my external hard drive to my Android phone. When I plugged it in it said that I had to repair the hard drive, which I did with. When I opened it on my cell phone and then on my laptop, everything was gone, just a folder called "Android". I then used the Recuva program to restore the data and I believe most of it was found. However, when I click "Recover" it says: "The disk has been changed externally so that the open file is no longer valid". Can the data still be saved? They are mostly old photos.
The Android device has reformatted the hard drive. You do it yourself. Not
Yes true did not think that everything is gone. Can I save the data if I format it back?
If Recuva does not find anything, then it will not work for normal users.
Everyone else then goes into the money. A few hundred to thousands of euro.
If you format it on Windows, ALL data will be deleted and it will not be recoverable
So I can't do anything anymore?
But it finds a lot only I can't open these files
Probably not.
Alright thanks
