Laptop sound arrives 2 to 3 seconds later?

I have the problem that when I watch a video, the video runs normally, but the sound always comes after 2-3 seconds. And wanted to ask if you can change that, if so where? It annoys me very much.

Hui, tricky thing. There are actually innumerable causes for something like that, from broken drivers, to network problems (if you only have the problem when streaming) to defective audio devices.

Can you give me a list of which audio hardware you have installed, which driver uses this hardware and where exactly you do not have the problem?
