I'm looking for a laptop on which one can play sims 4 well and still works well with CC. Unfortunately, I don't know my way around at all, but I know the system requirements. Currently playing it on Windows 7, sims doesn't run particularly well even with very low graphics settings.

Laptops are always such a thing. Played Sims 4 myself on a laptop for two or three years. In the beginning everything went great without any problems. But eventually not anymore. Then I saved a decent gaming PC together.
Is that an alternative for you? You can upgrade it or replace parts if they give up the ghost. It's not that easy with a laptop. And I think that in the long run you will have more of a PC.
