I wanted to ask how I can connect this hard drive s.Laptop as cheap as possible, because it is not SATA hard drive

Ps that is a bit older, I would like to reuse you

There are adapters. Cost c.a 20 euro. But if that's worth it you have to decide.

I assume that you only want to read the hard disk.

If you want to read any data from it, that makes sense.

But for normal use as a data storage would be modern USB stick, or similar. Significantly cheaper and faster.

With this adapter you can easily connect 2.5 "and 3.5" IDE hard drives as well as modern Sata (1-3) hard disks (HD & SSD) to USB 3.x and USB 2.0.

A 12V power supply for the 3.5 "IDE boards is included.

I still have a few older IDE hard drives myself. And I use this adapter with me very successfully.

Previously I had a similar adapter that can only USB 2.0. And that's far too slow for the current data volumes.

The first suggestion is only for SATA media and for the second is only USB 2.0
