Why is the screen capture from my laptop blurry?

I draw a lot on the laptop with a drawing pad and wanted to record it. However, later when looking at it in an editing app, the recording is blurred. Does anyone know why this is?

First of all, it depends on your admission program. If you use OBS-Studio you should increase the resolution, as OBS will scale it down. If you have a slightly better PC, you can also set the quality to high / true to the original. Often the problem can be with the encoder, so you have to try around a little.

The recording is probably full screen and the app runs in a window. This scales the recording, which leads to blurring, especially when it comes to details.

Thanks, I set the resolution a little higher in the recording program. Now it works. That I didn't think of it earlier.
