How can you duplicate (i.e. Have a second time) an entire Word document on the laptop?
You can either assign a different file name under "Save as" or save it under the same name in a different folder
Example: filename-1.doc and filename-2.doc
Right click, copy -> right click paste
or ctrl + c and ctrl + v
Open the Word document, go to File → Save As, and then enter a different file name than the original document.
Save and you're done.
Or just copy the file to another location and then change the file name if you want.
