I had to reinstall my laptop. I own Office 2016 for a specific PC. Well on the said Pc it does not work anymore. Neither if I enter the code on the website nor when I try to log in with my Microsoft account. It means that the Acc is not assigned a license.

Replace the office with Libre Office, which is free.

There's no Office for a specific PC - if you bought Office, you also have a license / product key and can activate Office - on any computer.
Otherwise you have to buy a license.
