My laptop is spinning what should I do now?

My laptop turns off strange white lately after about 5-10 min myself, when I'm just gone. Or if I shut it up and then turn it on, it is true, but nothing happens at the screen. He stays black somehow. The same is saving energy when I clicked on it. Oh, and sometimes the screen does not respond to touches. Can one possibly help me further?

Look at the "Settings" (gear icon), there you will find various settings for the monitor and the energy-saving mode.
