I've been on cell phones and laptops a lot lately, and I know that that's bad for me.
I want to go outside more, make new friends, look for new hobbies, let off steam with my current hobbies, read books, rest more often… But I just can't make it… I end up in front of my cell phone again…
I'm having fun with it, yes, but it's just not good for me…
Does anyone know how I can get more motivation for this?
Tell your parents that they will take the cell phone and laptop from your hand and hide it and you will get it back in the evening
Calls often with good friends and make someone close to you that you remember each other to go out, do something, etc. It's very easy to get lost on the internet alone… I know that.
What also helps me (sometimes) is a list where I write down everything I want to do good for myself… And this list is there and I always tick off when I've done something. That is a certain motivation…
