Hm ok strange then I would really recommend the anti-virus program to you first. If it doesn't get better, you should look for someone in your family or friends who knows about PCs, backs up your data and sets up the PC again.

Maybe run a scan with Malwarebytes for PUP (Potential Unwanted Program). Windows Defender does NOT protect against the programs mentioned above, which you have probably installed yourself without knowing what they are doing.
