2conv virus downloaded how to eliminate?

I downloaded a song using 2conv. Then there was a popup asking whether I agree to the terms of use. I clicked YES, then I noticed that it is not 2conv, but BlockSkipAd, which opened in a new tap. Then I closed the tap. Then a new popup has opened that my PC is blocked and I have to call a number to unblock it. Closed the page and just doing a full scan. What else can I do? Use the laptop for work too. Do i need a new one?

You never need to take something like that seriously, a website can't block your PC at all, that's nonsense, with the scan you are already quite well served, otherwise you can still run something like adw cleaner, so simply a second scan, which does not install and therefore does not cause problems with other programs.

Delete the entire browser cache once (secure your passwords if you have saved them in the browser and delete those out of there too… (and write them down manually)

A virus can probably block the software but not the hardware so easily, such viruses are also not trojans… And extremely rare…
