I downloaded and installed both the software and the driver for the Pixma printer MX395. Nevertheless, after a few minutes the message appears that the printer can't be found. I plugged the power cable in and out several times as well as the USB cable printer / laptop. Didn't use anything. How can the problem be solved that my laptop and printer connect.
Have you ever reset the printer to factory settings? Does the printer find an update that you might want to download? Does your PC have an update to the driver?
