I have had the problem for a while that my internet on my computer is pretty bad from about 6:00 p.m. To 12:00 p.m. I'm with Vodafone and have a contract for 100Mbit / s download and 10Mbits / s upload. During the above mentioned time period, my internet is reduced to 10Mbit / s download, but upload remains the same. In addition, I have no problem on my smartphone, which is connected to the modem via Wi-Fi, even though I live 2 floors above the modem. I also used the same LAN cable to connect to a laptop and it showed the full 100Mbit / s. Can someone please help me?
Call VF and ask what's going on, if there's no problem / malfunction… With termination or a price reduction threaten
I take from your information that according to your smartphone the performance / speed is ok. According to my assumption, this is due to the network settings. The length of time is strange. Maybe there's a tobacco shop on the router, which ensures that the performance goes down.
At 10 Mbit / s, a switch that hangs in between could determine the speed.
