Fix problems with Wi-Fi connection?

I have a problem with my computer and just don't know what to do next.

In fact:

With my DELL XPS notebook, I access the Internet at home via my FritzBox. For about 3 weeks I have had the problem that my notebook can no longer connect to various websites. E.g. Youtube or Facebook. In addition, the notebook no longer seems to be able to access the Internet with various Windows services. The DELL Updater e.g. No longer works. This affects all installed browsers equally (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Edge).

All other devices in the network that run on the FritzBox (notebooks, cell phones, tablets) work without problems.

When I connect my notebook via the cell phone's Wi-Fi hotspot, it also works without any problems. I do not know how to continue. There's also no virus scanner or similar installed.

I have already tried the following with no result:

Notebook reinstalled
Defender / Firewall deactivated
WLAN profile deleted
various browsers always installs the same problem
Browser caches cleared
Fritz.Box reset to factory settings

"Normal" websites work fine, which confuses me completely.

Error message in Chrome: err_connection_closed

Error message IE: No secure connection to this page possible

But again: The error only exists with the WLAN connection to the Fritz.Box and also exclusively on this notebook.

I'm afraid that this will probably not be remotely solvable. You can set up device-specific profiles in Fritz boxes that also contain blacklist entries. But if you have reset the box to the factory settings… Hmm

How did you reinstall Windows, did you have a look at the hosts?
