My Bluetooth can no longer be activated on my Dell laptop and can no longer be found in the InfoCenter. In the "Device Manager" under "Bluetooth and other devices" there was an on-off switch that simply does not exist anymore. A few days ago, everything was still uneven.
First of all:
> Yes, updates have been made
> Yes, the laptop has been restarted several times
> Yes, a driver of my mouse was installed and I will not uninstall it or anything else because I'm afraid that I can't connect to it anymore, which happened before
> No, I do not have a backup that I can use
Many thanks in advance and I hope that when I get answers to my question, it is also well thought-out and not left behind that completely miss the subject.
Your request "Thank you very much in advance and I hope that when I get answers to my question, it is also well thought out and not left behind that completely miss the subject"
is already a bit naughty and brazen, eigendlich I would be glad to receive a valid answer for me. Because you have no claim here, the user spend their "precious" time to answer an ArminDigga - but I'll try it anyway:
Some laptop models from DELL have an additional Mech. Switch, with which one can additionally deactivate this function.
Then it can't be activated by software, google times for your model with the note "Bluetooth can't be activated".
In the hope that you will find there "Qualified" answers… Disa1
You write "the laptop has been restarted several times". The question is how?
I recommend the following:
First change the usage time to max. 1 hour / day
a) Update Windows 10 completely (via "Control")
b) clean up your system via Windows Explorer
c) check the start programs (CCleaner)
etc… And a few times in between the system cold start and keep waiting. The system needs time to regenerate (even a whole night). Normally BlueTooth should be back (unless you turned it off, look in the manual of your laptop). Indepe
