I've been at home lately, for homeschooling and more generally, as it probably is for many of us
Sometimes I meet friends and go to karate twice a week, and I have to go out with the dog at least 3 times (30min) a day
However, lately I have noticed when I was at home longer, that I often had headaches and was also very tired
On some days my eyes also burned, which was either due to the tiredness or the fact that I had to sit at the laptop or smartphone the whole time to submit photos of my solutions.
Also, I've got more pimples now, I've had a few before, but now my whole forehead is full.
I thought it was puberty, but it could also be stress, maybe both
Actually, I shouldn't complain, as it is more difficult for many people and therefore I would rather do something about it
So relieve stress, but how? Eg with meditation or what else is there? What works best?
Taking a cold shower makes you more stress-resistant, ideally a alternating shower so that there's no hypothermia. Meditation is more of a balance, I recommend the heartmath method, by focusing on the heightened emotions, the stress hormone is reduced and the immune system is stimulated
You should ventilate at least 3 times a day.
Because your headache can also come from the stuffy air
