Well, not my laptop doesn't turn on, but from my mother. We bought it on the Friday the day before yesterday. My mother played a game and then the screen stopped and nothing worked anymore.
HE didn't go out and nothing can be done. Now the screen is black, now what?
Take away electricity!
So disconnect the power cord and remove the battery, if possible.
Wait 5 minutes, then everything works again.
Virus caught while playing or hardware defect.
If new: return
If needed and without guarantee: Try to start in safe mode and restore the system.
Or swap hard disk and set up the system again when the image is available again.
