Is it possible that a return will not be accepted?

I returned a laptop before 1 am and already sent the package, and then the question arose whether the manufacturer can refuse the return? In other words, would I then not get any money again, or is that certain that I will get my money back?

If you did not send the return according to their terms and conditions, it can of course be refused.

Otherwise there may of course be deductions from the purchase price if you have used the laptop for more than a "test".

Unscrewed? With that you have lost all claims to guarantee and: / or cancellation. You certainly broke seals with it.

It's a matter of interpretation. With something like that, courts decide in individual cases. You can call and ask if the return has arrived.

The housing screws are usually provided with sealing wax or at least one with a sticker to clearly prove that a device has been returned open or unopened in a warranty case.

What does return mean? From what legal relationship was the return made?

The manufacturer can of course also have attached a guarantee label. The dealer isn't stupid either. These are hologram labels. If these are removed, there's no return and of course no money back
