I'm m / 15 connected to the internet (on the laptop via LAN cable) and everything seems to be the same (and the symbols in Windows 10 look the same and show no errors) but I don't have an internet? I have a Fritz Box 7390 and Power and DSL light up green and INFO lights up RED.

Restart the box. Call provider. Your DSL is gone.

I also had a lot of problems with the 7390, all of which have been gone since I bought a 7590.
Red info LED means no DSL sync or internal FB error. You can see more details in the FB menu.
