Netbook or tablet but which one?

I'm looking for a netbook or a small laptop, maybe even a tablet and I'm not at all familiar with these things.

It should do Netflix and print something out every now and then. Read and write emails. Shouldn't cost the world but be of high quality. I don't care about design, the device is rarely used but slowly my cell phone gets on my nerves.

How much do you want the max. Spend the For Netflix and Office, just about all devices are sufficient these days.
