My cpu won't shut down?

When i shut down my laptop, the cpu does not shut down, when i go to the task manager my cpu has a running time of almost 20 hours and that every time i enter the task manager

This is because Windows does not switch off your PC 100% because running times of 30 days + can be achieved for this you have to switch off the quick start somewhere in the energy-saving settings then the PC is 100% off or the battery is out and the cable is removed
