Looking for Ralink 802.11bgn 1T2R Mini Card Wireless Adapter Driver?

I have just brought a pretty old notebook from Win 1607 to 1803 - now no Wi-Fi is detected. So I wanted to find the latest driver by hand…

If I google the above name, I'll just get louder third-party tools, and I certainly do not want to install a bloat like DriverPack or DriverToolkit to enjoy the necessary driver.

Where can I find the necessary driver?

Apparently, there's no official driver for Win10 for this device - I have https://www.wireless-driver.com/devices/wid/1755/ installed now, which brings no improvement. Even if I set up the device with a meter away from the router, it no longer finds the WLAN - only one, two neighboring networks are displayed. Before that, connectivity was not a problem.

This obviously has to be related to the upgrade, do you have any idea how and what I can do about it (except to downgrade again)?
