Until recently everything was okay on my laptop. Today I used it again a bit, without any problems, until it suddenly crashed. I then turned it off and since then I have not been able to get to the login screen because it constantly says that windows are being prepared and then restarted.
I mean, I recently did a system update, but I'm not sure if it is because of that. Has been going on for 2h +, switching off doesn't help either.
does anyone have any ideas what may be the cause and how I fix it?
Windows is probably booting incorrectly
With me it was like that, I have a pc and with pc you have to turn it off at the back and pull out the power cable and after 1min back in again. Try to turn off your laptop and pull out the battery for 1-2 minutes. It will probably work
Yes, I managed to do it now, thank god. I deleted the update via advanced options & then reinstalled it later.
