Windows 10 key reactivation?

I do not know what to do. I bought a laptop from Notebooksbilliger.de. Then I packed windows 10 and used the key. The laptop was unfortunately broken and therefore had to be sent back. I've got a new one but the key is already in use. How can I use it again?

Just give it back? That always worked for me. It is that your "broken laptop" is still used with the operating system and your key.
