Microphone too quiet and noises?

I use the t.bone SCT-700 microphone and the UR22MK2 interface and take my pictures on a laptop. (Who is older, but has Windows 10)

The microphone rushes extremely and is hardly heard when recording.

The internet says that you should buy a soundcard, but it's in my laptop, and my microphone has no USB port.

Does anyone have any idea why this might be? Must have something to do with the laptop, because the sound sounds pretty clean when I connect the headphones to the interface.

How is the microphone connected to the pc?

The microphone is connected to an amplifier, the amplifier to the interface and the interface to the laptop. The amplifier was included with the microphone.

Maybe there's a noise reduction to choose from…

To check it out, you need to go to Sound System Preferences.

How to get there:

Windwos Settings - System - Sound - Sound Control Panel (written on the right side of the page in light gray)

Then on recording, micro select and see through the tabs if you find something in the way to select.

Yes, but about what? Does the interface have USB port or aux?

I had a similar problem with my Scarlet interface. The USB part of the PC was just too weak. Try a Y cable so 2 times in the PC and 1 x in the interface. Try sometimes without preamp? Or is this just the voltage supply for the tube?
