Sims 4 Trial will work on my laptop?

I downloaded the Sims 4 Trial yesterday to test it. The game works well although you have to have a good or expensive laptop with a lot of memory, etc. And it says if I buy the full version then my game will be saved what I have played so far. If I have the full version afterwards, does the game still work as well or does it no longer work?

If you don't install expansion and mods and CCs there's no difference.

What kind of notebook do you have?
