Hi a quick little question, does it make sense to put the gaming pc on top performance? How do you manage the so Bzw professional player, have your pc on full power or makes it only with laptops or bad pcs sense? (and yes I know that it costs more electricity but is not about it)

The best you look in the Advanced Settings. The only thing in the power settings that affects game performance is "processor power management."
Set System Cooling Policy to Active
Maximum power state to 100%
For the sake of the environment, the minimum state of performance is 1%;
The rest is just about standby the hard drive / monitor and such
