I have an old Windows Vista laptop and recently uninstalled this Macafee and then restarted it, as this makes the computer even slower. Well, it took forever for the part to come down, but now only this Didididingdaa came ringing and the screen stays black, also no mouse pointer. The fan, the fan and the hard drive are running. A light emitting diode flashes all the time, which looks like two books on top of each other (maybe copying something with files) but nothing more happens. Can someone help me?

Have you ever made a backup copy on CD? Otherwise, insert your original setup CD or a recovery CD and go to "Repair options".
