How can I connect my Microsoft Hotspot to my Microsoft laptop? Is that at all or only with Apple iMac.

The hotspot function only makes a WLAN. So you can connect to any Wi-Fi-enabled device.

Simply connect with the USB cable and activate it in the settings on the iphone personal hotspot and then select and connect the iphone in the network settings on the PC. EASY
