Somehow I have a small and somewhat annoying problem…
I recently got the game '' Sims 4 '' from a friend.
All right, I wanted to install it, but my laptop just doesn't feel like it. I actually have an Origin Acc as the case requires from the CD and I have Windows 10. I tried to do as the instructions wanted.
What could it be? : /
And can anyone help me that I can finally get it installed? XD

You can do very little with your information. You need to activate the key and then download it from Origin.
Do you also have Windows 10 64 bit? 32 bit is no longer supported.
If you don't know, go to a folder. From there to this PC. Right click on the blank white space under your drives and click on Properties. Is System System Type 64 bit?
Maybe you have an error code when trying to download it?
