Use screen of laptop as normal screen for PC?

Would something be possible to use a screen from the laptop as a normal screen for the PC? So that I have 2 screens?

But you can't do that with mere hardware, since a laptop usually does not have a video input. For what?

Maybe yes, sensible no.

Most laptops have HDMI / DP / … Inputs, most of them are just outputs.

It is not worthwhile to remove the screen and use with a suitable adapter, since it is cheaper to buy a normal screen.
