Today I got a laptop from the basement, when I wanted to sonicate him then he did not go. What he does is that the power led lights up again and again and at the same time the hdd makes a faint squeak.

The laptop does not show that it charges even though it is connected to the power.

Thank you for your answers.

Will probably be broken

The fever is bad. Could be hardware damage to the disk. Otherwise first recharge. Out times without a battery but start with power off.

If all this does not help, connect a new HDD. Then you have to reinstall Windows.

I try the same with another hdd.
Laptop can't load like I said and I've already tried without battery.

Could you save yourself?

Ha

How long was the laptop in the basement?
Basically you always have to include, the basement is not always completely dry.
Here, of course, moisture may have settled somewhere and short circuit or corrode printed conductors + components.

In addition, charging electronics is quite sensitive. Devices that have been in operation for a long time can often no longer be switched on after they have been switched off.
Often this is due to thermal, mechanical expansion of the components and solder joints.
These become warm, expand and contract when the unit cools. Thus, these solder joints become brittle. When it's really cold in the cellar, they get even more tight and break completely.
However, this is just speculation in your case - certainly I can't tell you exactly what is broken.

It is not cold and not damp in the cellar room where the booth, I'll try it now with a new hdd because it makes strange noises.

Also a good starting point.
See if even more moving parts just need to be re-inserted.
Look if you can get the RAM modules out and put them back

BIOS reset (the small battery cell out and back in) could still try. Otherwise, generally try to get into the BIOS.

With a new hdd it works now again and thanks for your damn long and well written commentary, you do not get such comments here often 👍

Was the hdd, now it works again.
