How do I get my laptop working again? - 1

My laptop stopped two days ago, I switched it off and since then it has always said that repairs are being prepared, then you can restart or click something else, the screen is like this for breast types. The other things don't go on either, I can't reset it to the factory settings, again and again this picture comes up and then nothing else, maybe someone knows what I should do?

First steps if the laptop is not responding:

It says that the problem has existed for 2 days. The laptop was probably off during that time too, so it shouldn't be overheating. "Ctrl + Alt + Del" only works in the operating system, but the laptop hangs when booting. (The key combination could only be used in the 90s to restart directly)

Your GPU driver doesn't like it (in this case the safe mode also helps that not create win 10 boot stick and reload it)
GPU / APU defect (unfortunately a repair is often no longer worthwhile here)
