My laptop stopped two days ago, I switched it off and since then it has always said that repairs are being prepared, then you can restart or click something else, the screen is like this for breast types. The other things don't go on either, I can't reset it to the factory settings, again and again this picture comes up and then nothing else, maybe someone knows what I should do?
First steps if the laptop is not responding:
there's overheating. Press the key combination Ctrl, Alt and Del. Press the On key for several seconds and then restart the device.
Graphics card / unit is broken. You can forget.
APU could be exchanged if it is not soldered. It's pretty easy
Is it possible to start a Windows setup from a USB stick?
If so, I would recommend using the repair feature. If that doesn't work either, you can reinstall Windows.
It could also be a driver problem, but I don't know how to solve it.
It says that the problem has existed for 2 days. The laptop was probably off during that time too, so it shouldn't be overheating. "Ctrl + Alt + Del" only works in the operating system, but the laptop hangs when booting. (The key combination could only be used in the 90s to restart directly)
Your GPU driver doesn't like it (in this case the safe mode also helps that not create win 10 boot stick and reload it)
GPU / APU defect (unfortunately a repair is often no longer worthwhile here)
how old is that device exactly?
Okay, it's pretty old, I bought it in 2012 or 2013.
Try to re-play otherwise no repair is worthwhile
