Internal hard drive solved?

I have an OMEN laptop from HP, unfortunately I recently hit the solid metal casing of the laptop or keyboard with my fist (to be precise: bottom right next to the pad). Suddenly my game froze and nothing in the game worked anymore. My guess is that one of the internal hard drives became physically detached from the impact. Since the game was just installed on this hard drive, it no longer works. Unfortunately, I hardly know anything about PCs and their components and am now unsure how to fix this again. Actually, I only have to check the physical connection, but firstly I don't know what my hard drive looks like and secondly, I'm afraid that I'll accidentally break something else. Anyone have any tips on how best to go about it?

Find someone who is familiar with PCs who can help you

so over the internet it is more difficult with such problems

Unfortunately I have to disappoint you. It won't be because of the connection, which is firm and can only be loosened with screws.

So I would recommend a very good course in violence prevention.

But really. I see it more black. Unfortunately for you, the hard drives are usually located on the left / right bottom of the laptop. You would have to do a few tests to see if your hard drive developed bad sectors as a result of the blow and then patch them. https://osdn.mirror.liquidtelecom.com/crystaldiskinfo/74801/CrystalDiskInfo8_12_0.exe. Otherwise the only thing that helps is: changing it.

Do computer games make them aggressive or was it just a short-term effect? There's no answer to this question, but the result is on the table.

I would have the computer repaired by HP. It seems unlikely to me that only the hard drive or SSD is loose. You have probably hit the SSD and RAM area. The risks that something breaks when you open it and that you can't visually determine the damage and also not be able to eliminate it are relatively high.

Alternatively, you can find out here how to open the calculator with a lot of patience:

Hi, thank you very much for your answer, really helped me a lot. I will then probably have the computer repaired, otherwise it will only be more expensive afterwards haha.

Hi, thank you for your answer, I'll definitely try the program. If I have to replace it, where can I buy a suitable hard drive? It won't be easy to find an internal one with the right size for my laptop on Amazon, will it? 😅
