How do I install the printer software for wireless printing and scanning on my laptop (Akoya) with a missing software CD for my HP printer?

I have an Akoya laptop and an HP printer (Offficejet 6500A e-All-in-One). I want to print wirelessly via WLAN - but I can't. Unfortunately I can no longer find the installation CD. Is there an alternative how I can install the missing software on the HP laptop? Can anyone help me?
Then go to the HP support page - enter your printer and download the software…
I have disposed of my 6500 all in one, but the CD for W7 is still lying around…
The first Google search result leads you to the support page, where there are drivers and software
Download the software from the manufacturer's website.
If it is not available there, contact HP support. They are very friendly and helpful.
